The wedding planning app built without an agenda

Plan your entire wedding
in one place. No chaos. No agenda. No ads.

ClearBride replaces every spreadsheet, browser tab, and notes app with one organized, calm, and completely unbiased planning tool — built by a bride who was tired of platforms that profit from her decisions.

You said yes. Then the internet handed you a thousand opinions and zero clarity.

You have a vision. You have a budget — or something close to one. What you don't have is a clear, trustworthy place to bring it all together. That's not a planning problem. That's a tools problem. ClearBride is the fix.

🌿

Six browser tabs. One solution.

Budget, guests, vendors, tasks, timeline — all connected in one place. Close the tabs. Stop the duplication.

💛

Nobody asks how you're doing

ClearBride does. A 30-second check-in built into your day — because you're a person, not a project manager.

Brittany — Founder, Bride, Builder

I built the tool
I couldn't find anywhere else.

"I got engaged at 33 with a vision I'd been carrying since I was a teenager, a calendar that was already completely full, and absolutely zero tolerance for tools that weren't actually on my side."

I'm Brittany — a small-town girl from West Tennessee, currently planning a dream wedding in Colorado while managing a full career, a nonprofit board, and a border collie who doesn't understand deadlines. I built ClearBride in the middle of my own planning season because what I needed didn't exist: something that handled the logistics and cared about how I was feeling while doing it.

Every feature in ClearBride exists because I hit that exact problem during my own planning. I'm still using it, still updating it, still figuring it out right alongside you. This isn't a company that guessed what brides need. It's built by one who knows.

Every tool. Every problem. Solved.

What ClearBride
actually solves.

Each feature was built around a specific pain point — not a feature checklist. Here's the problem it fixes and the outcome you get.

one
Budget Tracker
Problem: Most brides hit their limit before the wedding — because nothing was tracking it in real time.

AI scans vendor contracts and fills in amounts automatically. You always know exactly where you stand.
two
Guest List & Seating
Problem: RSVPs are spread across texts, emails, and a spreadsheet nobody can find.

One place for every guest, meal choice, and table assignment. Export a floor plan your venue can use.
three
Timeline & Tasks
Problem: You don't know what you don't know — until you've missed the deadline.

100+ pre-built tasks in the right order, from 12 months out to the morning of your wedding.
four
Calm Check-ins
Problem: Everyone asks about the wedding. Nobody asks how you're doing.

A 30-second check-in built into your day. Not therapy — just a quiet moment in a loud process.
five
AI Vow Writer
Problem: You know how you feel. Writing it without sounding like a greeting card is another thing.

Answer five questions. Get vows that are specific, emotional, and entirely yours.
six
Contract Scanner
Problem: Vendor contracts are long and full of clauses you won't think about until you need them.

Upload any PDF. AI extracts dates, payment schedules, and cancellation terms — and fills your budget.
seven
Vendor Tools
Problem: Most wedding platforms are paid by vendors to recommend vendors. That's not advice — that's advertising.

Compare side by side. AI recommendations based on your inputs. Zero paid placements.
eight
Partner Collaboration
Problem: One partner is doing all the planning. The other has no idea what's been decided.

Invite with a code. Both see the same plan in real time. Shared ownership, zero briefings.
nine
Day-Of Timeline + Website
Problem: On wedding day, if no one has a timeline, someone will be late — probably the photographer.

Build your full day minute by minute. Share with every vendor. Plus a guest-facing wedding website in one link.

Most wedding apps get paid
when you book vendors.
ClearBride doesn't.

The biggest wedding platforms are advertising businesses built around your decisions. When they recommend a vendor, there is a payment happening somewhere in that transaction. Your choices are being quietly shaped by a revenue model you never agreed to.

ClearBride has no vendor partnerships, no sponsored listings, no affiliate deals, and no advertising of any kind. One transparent fee from you — that's the entire business relationship. Every result you see is based on what is right for your wedding, full stop.

We get paid by you. Not your vendors.

One fee. No advertising. No sponsorships. The only business model that puts your interests first.

Everything connected. Nothing missed.

Budget, vendors, tasks, and timeline all talk to each other. Change one thing and the rest updates. No duplicate entry, no gaps.

Built by a bride. Used by a bride.

Every feature came from a real planning problem. Still being updated based on real experience — including the founder's own wedding.

Your data stays yours. Always.

We never sell, share, or monetize your personal information. Your plans are completely private and never used for advertising.

A full life, a dream wedding,
and one big question.

"I'm a small-town girl from West Tennessee who has never once let a full calendar get in the way of what matters — and right now, what matters most is that I'm planning my wedding."

Between a demanding traveling career, a seat on a nonprofit board, a horse who absolutely deserves more trail rides, two opinionated ferrets, and a border collie with boundless energy, my life doesn't leave much room for chaos. And then, at 33, the greatest thing happened: Kyler proposed.

I have been dreaming about this wedding since I was a teenager — the feeling of it, the details, the vision that has lived in my head for years. And now that it's actually happening, now that I'm deep in the middle of planning a dream wedding in Colorado while keeping everything else in motion, I want this season to feel the way it was always supposed to feel: clear, grounded, and genuinely joyful.

The first reality check was what weddings actually cost — and the second was everything that comes with planning one. Vendors, timelines, contracts, seating charts, guest lists, tastings, fittings, and a hundred details that all need to live somewhere that isn't three different browser tabs and a notes app at two in the morning.

I have a wonderful wedding planner — she is genuinely amazing — but even with her guidance, everything still ends up in spreadsheet after spreadsheet, and the mental load of keeping it all connected falls squarely on me. I started looking at every app I could find, and what I discovered was that most of them are built to serve the market, not the bride.

What I was looking for didn't seem to exist: something genuinely on my side, that could hold all the logistics without losing sight of the fact that there is a person behind them who is allowed to be excited, emotional, and completely human about all of this. So I built it.

ClearBride is the tool I built while planning my own wedding — which means every feature, every calm check-in, every gentle reminder came from a real moment when I needed it too. I'm still using it. Still planning. Still figuring it out right alongside you. That's what "we're in this together" actually means.
